I have taken several of Sabu’s one month intensive yoga sessions. Even after the first month, I was amazed that my body was able to do things I never thought possible. I suffered from an old lower back injury, but through yoga I have been able to strengthen my core and back muscles and have received significant relief from the discomfort I often felt in my lower back and hips. And the changes weren’t just physical ones. My job can at times be stressful, but after an early morning yoga class with Sabu I am able to go to work feeling calm, centered, and confident that I can handle any situation.

I've been taking yoga intensive with sabu for over a year now. It's a great way to start the day breathing, stretching,and developing core strength and balance. Classes can be intense at times,but Sabu work with you where you're at, and help you to move forward. Daily practice,for me,has meant big changes in how I feel - physically and mentally.
